[A couple days pass - enough time for everyone involved to chill out just a little. Not entirely - after the spoiler Church left him with, Izunia still hasn't been able to bring himself to watch anything more without a surge of anger coming to the forefront, but that's alright. It's not going anywhere.

He's currently hanging out at his usul table on the deck, idly swirling a hot chocolate around with a straw against the growing seasonal chill. Seasons, hoboy, they sure are a thing and it's getting colder. His other hand is occupied with a pen and a sketchbook is laid open in front of him. On the table next to him, perfectly content in her warm fur, is Verity, hooked to his chair leg by a leash and harness.

At the sound of approaching footsteps, however, the kitty's ears go up and she makes a little meow, which in turn draws Izunia's attention up from his sketch.]

[motherfucking_ghost]

Kitty! [Yes, Church turns to an everyman when it comes to spying a cat.] Whosagoodkitty~ [Come get hugs! Oh. There is...dad owner here this time, and her in a harness.]

Oh. Uh. Hi. Promise I'm not kidnapping the cat.

[And then CAT happened, with Ardyn rolling his eyes in a relatively good-natured way.]

What, did you anchor the poor thing so we couldn't steal her?

I anchored her so she doesn't go wandering off on her own. Last thing I need is her bringing an entire seagull home.

[Verity mews and jumps off the table to bonp into Church's ankles. Hello friend! Hello Uncle Ardyn!]
